Twan Luijendijk studied law at the University of Amsterdam, where he completed both the Master in Commercial Legal Practice and in Private Law Legal Practice. At Cox Ten Bruggencate, Twan focuses on transport law and logistics in the broadest sense. He also handles matters in the fields of insurance law and liability law.

As part of his studies, Twan attended programmes at Tulane University in the United States and at Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in Canada, covering subjects including insurance law, private international law, and arbitration. He completed internships at several law firms and at ABN AMRO, and after graduating worked for a period at a Zuidas firm.
