Joeri Cox has extensive experience in transport law (with a focus on road, air, combined transport and freight forwarding) and in logistics, insurance and liability law. He deals with a vast array of cases in these areas both in The Netherlands and abroad. His insurance practice (consisting of both coverage advice and damage incidents) for a large part deals with heavy equipment, transport/logistics, (professional) liability and art. Joeri has specific expertise in drafting and negotiating tailor made contracts for logistics operations and termination processes. He also regularly assists logistics service providers with adopting and protecting their legal identity, including drafting and/or implementing general conditions.

Joeri has been practising transport and insurance law since 1991. He started his career at Boekel De Nerée, where he later became partner and chairman of the Insurance and Transport department. Joeri graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
